Methods: Patients 2015, 2016 and 2017 were identified French national health database PMSI matched 3 controls living same area age, sex, type IRD, use intravenous (IV) biologic (b) DMARDs index date. exclusion criteria subjects secondary as history myocardial infarction previous 5 years or antiplatelet therapy. outcome all-cause year. endpoints hospitalizations another reason than (“non-IRD”) including cardiovascular [CV] events major fractures. Hospitalization rates compared between two groups after (or date) also preceding each group. Univariate multivariate odds ratios (CI95%) calculated, taking into account medical (hypertension, diabetes, heart failure, CV disease, COPD, fractures Results: 486 1458 controls. 67.08% had rheumatoid arthritis 21.81% spondyloarthritis; 7% them IV bDMARDs. Unscreened more hypertension (19% vs 10.1%), diabetes (9% 4.9%), failure (2.3% 0.4%) “non-IRD” (78.5% 72.2%) In date, percentages “all causes” significantly higher non-screened screened (n = 1944, 64.8% versus 51%, Chi2 test, p <0.001; 47.1% 37.9%, <0.001 respectively). 17 (1.17%) occurred 2 (0.41%) 0.14). There no difference occurrence groups. analysis, associated a 49% (0.51 [0.41-0.64]) reduction 27% (0, 73 [0.58-0.91]) decrease hospitalization, fracture cardiological events. risk factors were: (2.26 [1.63-3.13]), bDMARDs (1.69 [1, 14-2.53]) age> 70 (1.44 [1.02-2.03] <50 years). rehospitalization group (p <0.001), but 0.750 0.066 Conclusion: Our re-hospitalization unscreened IRD. This suggests positive performing systematic multi-morbidities patients.
